OCALA, Fla. - The Nova Southeastern Swim teams continued action at day three of the 2025 Sunshine State Conference Championships on Friday night from FAST. With a handful of victories on day three, the Sharks' total medal count is now up to seven gold medals, five silver medals, and one bronze medal. As the Sharks gear towards day four, the Women's team sits in second place, and the Men's team remains in third place.

- May Lowy captured first in the 400 IM, finishing with a time of 4:14.84. With this victory, Lowy has now won this event at four straight conference championship meets.
- In the 200 free, Kristina Orban took first place with a time of 1:46.27, which is a new meet record. Taking second was Emilia Ronningdal, who finished with a time of 1:48.69.
- The group of Maria Goncalves, Claire Gass, Lowy, and Zsofia Kurdi secured first in the 400 medley relay with a time of 3:39.75.

The Nova Southeastern Swim teams return to action in Ocala, FL on February 15th for day four of the Sunshine State Conference Championships. Events scheduled for day four include the 500 Freestyle, 100 Back, 100 Breast, 200 Fly, and 200 Freestyle Relay. Prelims begin at 10:00AM, followed by the finals at 6:00PM.
